Pangea advisor to Fem Hjärtan in another sale to Hemfosa
At end of last week, Fem Hjärtan Holding divested 10 properties in Halmstad city centre to Hemfosa. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 1,066m. The portfolio includes 57,800 sqm lettable area, of which mainly office premises let to public sector tenants. The largest tenants are Halmstad Municipality, Swedish Tax Authority and Halland County Administrative Board.Läs mer

Last week, Nybergs Fastigheter divested a portfolio with five assets in central Örnsköldsvik to Hemfosa for SEK 858m. The portfolio has a total area of approximately 67,000 sqm with public sector tenants accounting for about 40 percent of rental income. Large conference hotel sold
Starwood Capital Group and its operating partner Scius have divested Aronsborg Conference Hotel located northwest of Stockholm. Retail transaction in Trondheim
In early March, the sale of Citycon’s retail big box property Lade in Trondheim was closed. The property has five tenants and a gross lettable area around 8,600 sqm. The sales price was EUR 21m (NOK 183m) and the buyer was Frost Eiendom, a family-owned company with focus on the Trondheim region.
