Stockholms most exciting development project
The building rights of more than 40,000 square meters at the former St. Erik’s Eye Hospital is now on the market.
St. Erik’s Eye Hospital has recently moved from Fleminggatan on Kungsholmen in Stockholm to new premises in Hagastaden. In relation to this, detailed planning of extensive housing development on the site is being finalized.
“These are the most attractive building rights in the inner city of Stockholm of this decade. The combination of location and size makes this a unique development project that very rarely comes to market, says Joakim Arvius, CEO of Pangea Sweden and responsible for the transaction.
